Even if you do not live in a property managed by Summit, here is a list of community providers that may be able to help provide support for a range of needs other than housing.

Burlington Housing Authority
You can contact them directly to get applications for Subsidized Apartments, Section 8 Voucher etc. This won’t be an immediate fix, but if you have lost your income recently and think you may now qualify, it is worth contacting them to get things started. (802) 864-0538.
