Who We Are
Housing instability has many causes, but a housing-based approach to supportive services provides residents with a safe, convenient base from which to coordinate support and build stability.
What We Do
Ascend Housing supportive services coordinators work in partnership with property managers to directly address residents’ housing issues. We coordinate referrals and resources to addresses the challenges that lead to housing instability.
