What We Do
Real help for real challenges
Ascend Housing Supportive Service Coordinators work in partnership with property managers and tenants to address residents’ housing needs. We coordinate referrals and resources to address the challenges that lead to housing instability.
Ascend provides direct housing retention support to tenants. Services are free and are tailored to meet each client’s individualized needs. Ascend is only able to provide services while the person is a current tenant at a housing site that is contracted with Ascend Housing Allies for services. After a tenant leaves through choice, eviction or any other means, Ascend will contact that person to discuss a discharge plan and end services.
Money matters
Paying bills, household budgeting, credit scores and loans, and assistance with anything that puts you behind financially.
Lease & Compliance
Paperwork, assistance in resolving lease violations, accessing rental support, and supporting housing transitions.
Life skills & Employment
Help with finding a job; support with education and vocational training
Community supports
Substance misuse and mental health referrals coordinated locally. Help with cleaning and hoarding issues, housing, and more.
